We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select locations - please contact us for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey and estimated delivery date.

Delivery

Packages are delivered Monday through Saturday (depending on carrier). A signature may be required for high-value orders. If you're not available to receive your package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays and peak seasons
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately through our Contact Us page
  • Provide your order number and tracking information
  • For damaged items, include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly
