Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (if opened)
- Digital products or downloadable items
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if approved
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
- No need to return the damaged item unless requested
